Banana Walnut Flat Bread
My sister-in-law made this wonderful version of Simple Flatbread for me this week. It has no yeast or sugar and is gluten free. Delicious!!! She got the recipe from

Kathy, my sister-in-law, added one banana and a half cup each of raisins and chopped walnuts to the original recipe. The original is good also but adding this 'little extra' makes it such a special treat to enjoy for breakfast or with a cup of afternoon tea!
